Where change feels possible

A grounded path back to yourself

Life After Addiction

Many people who overcome addiction eventually realize that getting sober is only the first step. The real question comes after: how do you build a life that you actually want to live?

I know that question personally because I’ve lived it.

After going through my own struggles with addiction, I learned that recovery isn’t just about quitting substances. It’s about changing how you live, how you think, and the direction your life is moving.

Today I work as a life coach focused on life after addiction. I help people who are in recovery figure out what comes next and start building a life that moves them forward.

Recovery isn’t the end of the story. It’s the beginning of a new chapter.

One-On-One Coaching

The same work, shaped by different starting points

Addiction & Healing

For those who have left addictive patterns behind and are finding their footing again.

The work centers on reflection and steady conversation, without pressure to move faster than feels sustainable.

Healing is allowed to unfold gradually, in a way that can last.

Life Re-Alignment

For moments when an old way of living no longer makes sense.

Sessions slow the pace enough to notice what’s asking for adjustment.

Re-alignment is treated as a process, not a push.

Inner Alingment

This work focuses on bringing attention back to what feels true and steady inside.

Sessions create space to notice where life feels out of sync and to listen more closely to what’s asking for adjustment.

Alignment here is about living in a way that feels coherent, not forcing change.
