1:1 Coaching

This is for people who've done the hard work and still don't know what comes next.

Most people think recovery means addiction. I work with people recovering from anything that took over their life and left them not knowing who they are anymore.

Maybe you’ve been sober for years and still feel lost. Maybe you walked away from something — a relationship, a version of yourself, a life that wasn’t really yours — and now you’re standing in the wreckage wondering where to go from here.

That’s exactly where I was. Five years ago I got sober and realized I had no idea who I was without it. No roadmap, no one talking about this part. So I figured it out, got certified as a life coach, and built Slow Roots around the thing nobody talks about — life after.

We work together one on one. No scripts, no generic frameworks. Just real conversations about who you are now and where you actually want to go.

Group Coaching

You're not the only one who feels this way. That's kind of the whole point.

A lot of people in this space feel like they’re the only one — out of the thing that held them back, and still not okay. Still lost. Still wondering when it gets better.

When I was in that place I kept looking for a community of people who understood it. Not a meeting. Not a therapy group. Just real people in the same chapter, figuring it out together. I couldn’t find it so I built it.

Over four weeks we move through identity, letting go, mindfulness, and building real direction — not the goals you think you’re supposed to have, but the ones that actually mean something to you. Small group. Real conversations. People who actually get it.

Slow Roots Sanctuary

I’m building the community I was looking for when I felt lost. A place where people in this space can find each other, do the real work together, and not have to figure it out alone.

The long term vision is a dedicated space — Slow Roots Sanctuary. But I’m not waiting for that to make this happen. If the interest is there, we gather. A weekend in nature, away from the noise, with people who actually get it. Room to breathe, go deep, and leave with a clearer sense of who you are and what you’re building.

Get on the list. The more people who do, the sooner this becomes real.
